Angela is a Trainee Solicitor in the family team. Prior to completing her law degree at the University of Warwick, Angela had the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in family law by serving as a Marshall to a senior Hong Kong Family Court Judge during a summer vacation which was when she discovered her passion in the family law practice.
Upon returning to Hong Kong, she undertook the 2-year part-time Postgraduate Certificate in Laws programme at the University of Hong Kong and at the same time worked as a paralegal to gain more experience in the legal field. Angela worked as a commercial litigation paralegal at a renowned local firm before joining Jonathan Mok Legal as a paralegal to pursue a career in family law. Angela is currently a trainee at Jonathan Mok Legal and has experience in both contentious and non-contentious matrimonial matters. She has assisted in a wide range of family matters including divorce, financial claims, custody, care and control, access and maintenance of children.
